Jackie Peck serves as the communications specialist for the Patient Safety Authority (PSA). As a part of the engagement and publications team, she helps create the look of Patient Safety and the journal's website; the annual report and its interactive, online portfolio; and other print and online publications and materials.

She previously was the digital media manager at Graphtech. In that role, she designed and developed websites for clients and created digital magazines and publications.

Peck also worked as a medical technologist at the Lebanon VA Medical Center.

She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Shippensburg University and studied web design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
