Jessica Oaks is a program manager with the Patient Safety Authority (PSA). In this role she provides support with continuous improvement opportunities, cross-functional collaboration on strategic initiatives, and implementation of new projects and programs. Prior to joining the PSA, Oaks worked at TE Connectivity managing global projects, identifying and executing processes improvement opportunities, and providing data analysis. Additionally, she served as an analyst with Geisinger Holy Spirit in the Quality and Patient Safety Department. During her time at Geisinger Holy Spirit she helped integrate and streamline processes for the infection surveillance system and managed reporting tools and systems for the Quality and Patient Safety Department. 

Oaks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Salisbury University and a master’s in information technology from Virginia Tech, and she is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.​
