Alex Ulsh is the systems administrator and deputy chief information security officer for the Patient Safety Authority (PSA)​. A cum laude graduate of Susquehanna University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Ulsh has over 10 years of information technology experience in customer support, security, and systems administration. His past work experience with Susquehanna University and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Agriculture and Department of Community and Economic Development provides ideal knowledge for supporting the PSA. As a certified emergency medical technician, Ulsh enjoys helping others in a role that also provides him knowledge and understanding of the mission the PSA has in analyzing, educating, and collaborating for patient safety.​
