Mayank Amin, PharmD, has over 10 years of experience as a pharmacist, educator, mentor, and influencer, and is dedicated to finding solutions to everyday problems and motivating others to pursue their passions. As the owner and chief patient advocate of Skippack Pharmacy, he reopened a longtime community pharmacy that was shuttered by a large chain and transformed it into a patient-centered hub for health and wellness.
Amin is also a community leader and an event planner who is driven by his passion to serve. He orchestrated one of the largest COVID-19 vaccine clinic and testing programs in Pennsylvania, administering more than 100,000 vaccines and tests. He is actively involved in the growth, operation, and innovation of changing the pharmacy model to offer more patient-based programs, addressing gaps in care, and changing patient behaviors of how they view their pharmacy. He is eager to contribute his thoughts and knowledge to news outlets, advisory boards, committees, publications, podcasts, and community outreach endeavors that share similar goals.
Amin was appointed to the Board by the governor to fill the position of pharmacist, pursuant to MCARE Act Section 303(b)(5).
