Lynn Kornblau, Esq., president of Jeff Kornblau Partners for Patient Advocacy (JKPAA), founded JKPPA to address the ever-increasing need for patient advocacy and equal access to good healthcare resources.
Along with her late husband, Jeff, Kornblau served as managing principal of Kornblau & Kornblau PC for more than 25 years. She has represented thousands of individuals who suffered injuries from unsafe conditions and products, or from oversights in taking necessary measures to keep people safe. In that capacity, she developed a passion for assisting her clients in facing life and healthcare challenges and honed her skills in patient advocacy.
As a medical malpractice trial attorney, Kornblau has lectured to trial attorneys and pharmaceutical representatives on medical and product liability issues facing consumers and how litigation can be used as a vehicle for making changes to improve patient safety.
Kornblau is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. She serves as judge pro tempore of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. In the past she has served on the board of Congregation Tifereth Israel in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She is a member of JK Hospitality LLC, which operates the Golden Corral restaurant in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
Kornblau was appointed by the Governor pursuant to MCARE Act Section 303(b)(7).
